A combination of German steamed beech lumber and birch plywood went into this wallbed with side cabinets. Prominent features of the Vickery wallbed include a "keystone" pendant and fluted corbels supporting the main shelf; the main pilasters are fluted as well. This wallbed also features a lighted interior (controlled by a touch switch on the top of the headboard) and rope lights up behind the crown trim; these lights are connected to a power strip in the lower right cabinet.
