German steamed beech was used for this wall-mounted case. It holds tools which belonged to Mike's great-great grandfather, Weyand Doerner (1834-1920). The marking gauge in the case was used to scribe the limit lines of the dovetailed corners. The tools rest on walnut dowels against a red wool felt backing.
