Built for a client who lives on "Missionary Ridge" in Chattanooga, Tennessee, I could not resist the photo of the "Civil War" cannon with the desk in the back of my truck. This desk was made of maple lumber and birch plywood, dyed black, then stained black, and then finished with black-tinted clear coats. It features a pull-out computer keyboard tray, wire channels in the back of the top (so it could be pushed against the wall), and adjustable storage shelves behind monolithic doors. It was part of the Black Onyx Wallbed project.
